xFramework Nov 1 2005

Now that I’ve gotten the new blog software written, I’m going to concentrate my spare time on working on xFramework again now. Specifically in fact, building a couple of applications I’ve had ideas for on top of xFramework. This means as I go along, useful, re-usable bits of code will be added to the xFramework codebase, and so the library of extensible re-usable components should continue to grow. I also want to reach a stage where I can do a stable release of each of the components, and then the framework as a whole, and then applications built around xFramework can be built against a specific released snapshot of the library, instead of simply ‘the latest version’. This will resolve some small dependency issues that have been creeping into some of the smaller apps I’ve built upon the framework. Either way, looking forward to the framework expanding and becoming more and more useful!
